**DISTRIBUTORS have their own territories. They need to have a good knowledge of raw diets. Distributors need access to fairly large freezer storage because they must buy in large quantities in order to keep their customers stores well stocked.  They must also have the ability to deliver frozen products to their stores.

**RETAILERS need to have a business location, like a store, kennel, shop or clinic where customers can come and pick up their orders. They need to have a good knowledge of raw diets to help educate their customers. Retailers buy in smaller quantities than distributors, either directly from us, or from the closest distributor in their area.
